Children world is about playing. No wonder when you meet children, they will have lots of energy to play again and again. At kindergarten or elementary school, teachers usually use teaching techniques which combine playing and studying. As a result, children will feel so fun and be free of getting bored. In teaching English for children, simple activities can be so meaningful. For example, if the children love playing football, you should see this as the opportunity to introduce new vocabularies related to football and many things they can find in the yard. Once a week, usually school conducts an outing. So, you can arrange a game or strategy which lets the students learn without realizing that they are learning. Simply because they think this is playing session.

Playing is positive activity and study method for children especially in kindergarten. First or second grade students in elementary school will also enjoy playing to improve their English capability. The teachers need to be more creative in creating such an interesting activity. Unfortunately, children’s characters are not the same. Certain children tend to be shy in expressing their ideas and speaking. In this case, you can ask other students to support them. Or you can prepare rewards to motivate them in expressing the ideas. Songs are also the effective and fun method to teach English. By singing, the children will get knowledge and entertainment at the same time.
