By creating an account or using StudyFresh, you agree to these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.
StudyFresh generates practice quizzes, flashcards, and study aids using AI based on topics or materials you provide. It is a study aid, not a substitute for your course materials, textbook, or instructor — always verify important facts against your actual course content before an exam.
Questions, answers, and explanations are generated by an AI model and may occasionally be incorrect, incomplete, or out of date. We take reasonable steps to catch errors, but you should use your own judgment and not rely on any single generated answer as authoritative.
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity under your account. StudyFresh is not directed to children under 13 — see our Privacy Policy for details.
StudyFresh Pro is offered as a 7-day free trial followed by a recurring monthly subscription, billed through Stripe. You will not be charged during the trial. Your subscription automatically renews each month until canceled. You can cancel anytime from your dashboard’s Account settings — cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period, and we do not provide partial refunds for time already paid for.
You agree not to use StudyFresh to generate or distribute illegal, harassing, or academically dishonest content in violation of your institution’s policies, to abuse or overload the service (e.g. automated scripting against our API), or to resell or redistribute the service without our permission.
You retain ownership of the notes, topics, and files you upload. By marking a quiz set public, you’re choosing to make it viewable by anyone with the link, including through the Discover page — don’t share content publicly that you don’t have the right to share. You can make a set private or delete it at any time.
You may stop using StudyFresh and delete your account at any time from Account settings. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, including abusive use of the AI generation features.
StudyFresh is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, StudyFresh is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including academic outcomes based on generated content.
We may update these terms from time to time. We’ll post the revised terms on this page with an updated date; continued use of StudyFresh after a change means you accept the updated terms.
